Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Yora account and navigate to your order history, or contact our customer service team at info@yorallc.com
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your refund request
- You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email within 24 hours
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and attach the return label
- Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 2-3 business days. After approval:
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued:
- Items returned after 30 days but within 45 days of delivery (subject to a 15% restocking fee)
- Items with minor signs of wear or missing tags (assessed on a case-by-case basis)
- Items returned without original packaging
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items that have been altered, tailored, or customized
- Items returned after 45 days from delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeline:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times vary

Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted price during promotional events are eligible for a refund at the price paid. Sale items are subject to the same return conditions as full-price items, unless explicitly marked as "Final Sale."
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please include photos of the damage or defect in your communication to expedite the process.
